๐ What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14ย days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns on used beauty tools, opened personal care items, or clearance products.

๐ Do you offer free return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Our products ship from various suppliers. Orders are processed within 2โ5 business days, and delivery typically takes:
- U.S.: 7โ15 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10โ20 business days
- Other countries: 12โ25 business days

Once your order ships, youโll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3โ7 business days for tracking to update.
โ Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they are already being processed by our supplier and cannot be stopped.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days after your return is received and approved.
